So here is your challenge:
I am building a set of the following 14 "cards". I would like them to be arranged in an order that makes sense. The first and last cards in the set are already determined:

Please sort the following cards in the proper order:

If nobody answers the question correctly by Sunday, April 18th at 11:59 pm (Pacific time), a winner will be decided based on best rationale for your answer.
The order of the cards may not "make sense", but hopefully you can follow my line of thinking. I will be posting hints in the comments of some of my favorite blogs if nobody gets it in the next couple of days.
I will gladly answer questions regarding the individual cards in the comments section.

I think I'm going to go smoke something and have a stab at it. Because right now I'm coming up with bumpkiss!

I actually have no idea what order to put them in. I do however know I need that Roberto Duran card for my boxing collection. Care to get rid of it?
