Cut Signature Hell...

I pulled my first cut "autograph" today. When I opened the pack, the back of the card was facing me. I held my breath and slowly turned it over. Hoping for a hall of famer or big-time celebrity, but fearing I would end up with one of the awful Frankencards. Not Al Franken, but rather an autographed card cut up to fit inside the window of another card. In retrospect, I'd rather have the Al Franken card...

This whole stealing autographs from other manufacturers' cards has reached a new low.

... but sometimes requests can not be fulfilled. PunkRockPaint will be mailing the following letter later this week:

Unfortunately, the PunkRockPaint Company will not be able to fulfill your redemption for the following card:

It is our intention to provide you with the card you redeemed; but, circumstances do arise when a card becomes unavailable (whether because autographs are not received or for production issues).

If you feel you have received a non-comparable replacement for your redemption, we will accept written documentation detailing your unfair exchange allegations. Such documentation must include proof of current value (i.e. Beckett Listing – definitely NOT eBay values).
